16 weeks at age 30! Baby #3 in 2023. Things like staying active is not motivating anymore thinking I don't have time. BUT these videos help me carbr out a small amount of time for my own self-care. I was an athlete and staying active was a struggle recently but feels so right when I am done with these workouts!!

38 weeks with my rainbow baby at age 25. I definitely have hated you sometimes but I have stuck with these workouts until the end. BP is always great and I didn’t lose any of my mobility throughout this pregnancy.

Great workout! I'm digging this challenge 👍 I'm currently 32 weeks, and I'm seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist for muscle tightness. She was very impressed at my hip/leg strength, and she asked what routine I was doing. I told her about you and your workout videos. She said she's going to recommend your videos to her clients 👏

I love these! I recently got diagnosed with covid at 17 weeks, and I feel like having these exercises during my day has helped me immensely with energy and my body healing itself. The past two days I incorporated your yoga stretch classes instead of the challenge exercises, but today I am feeling up to this so here we go!

This was definitely the most challenging of the week so far! 29 weeks now but haven't had any cardio for 2 months. Day 3 done!

Wow! Really loved this workout! I’m only 10 weeks and I’m using this challenge to get going again after a near month of laziness, nausea and exhaustion. I do the workout first thing after getting kids to school and I feel so great moving and getting my heart rate up again.
I like the length of them also and I really really like the long cooldown.
