So good! 26 weeks pregnant and I’ve been following your calendar for about a month! I feel like I’ve improved so much in my ability to do your cardio workouts but that Pilates portion 🥵 what a challenge! I loved every minute of this workout! Thank you!

I’ve been doing your workouts for a few months and I’ve loved them! They have been perfect for my pregnancy, but I think this one is a huge favorite of mine! I loved the combo! This one will definitely be on rotation! Would love more of these cardio/sculpting workouts!!

exactly 40 weeks pregnant today and felt a big rush of energy and figured why not do a cardio workout. I feel so strong and not exhausted at all after this workout! Thank you for all your workouts for every stage of pregnancy and energy levels one might be at <3

I love your workouts and music selection, especially the last song you play during the cooldown stretch. 36weeks with the second child, with full time job, and barely have quiet time alone with my hubby. The song brings me tears :) thank you!

I loved this one! I’m 33 weeks and still working out 3-5 days a week. This was a great mix of cardio and Pilates. I’m definitely adding this one to my pregnancy workout playlist!

Another great workout! Love the combos. Thank you for making these videos. They are extremely helpful to me. I am 23 weeks pregnant and love to stay in shape but I needed to stop running and doing intense workouts as it doesnt feel right for me at this time. These are perfect. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I am 44. I feel a little more nervous this time bc of my age but I know I am in good shape so it helps to have this extra confidence and I plan to use your workouts until baby is here. Thank you so much!!
