Just subscribed because I loved this workout!! Please do more of these over 30 minutes ones which encompass warmup and cool down so we don’t have to search for multiple videos just to complete one set of workout daily! I’m 20+2 with my first baby! 🥰

This is such an awesome, challenging video! I am so grateful to you for making this routine!
I am a marathoner and really enjoyed digging deep before I got pregnant. Now that I’m pregnant I’m enjoying doing some less intense, lighter exercise, but sometimes I miss that “grit your teeth and push through” feeling. This video provided that!!

I would've done this right away but I just gave birth to my baby girl yesterday! Thank you so much for all your workouts and advice- I did at least one of your videos a day throughout my entire pregnancy. And i will do the postpartum ones soon! :) All the best!

Thank you for this longer and harder workout. Since I am following you I feel „safe“ practicing while being pregnant. My hips burn a little, the rotation excercises were hard. THANK YOU an yes, mee too would like to see more sculp and longer videos like this one.

I just hit 30 weeks with my 2nd and am starting to feel the aches and pains and this workout worked me just right! Challenging, but not painful or too much. I love her gentle approach with effective moves for us Momma’s in the home run stretch:) I feel safe doing her workouts during 3rd trimester, yet feel like I still got a workout appropriate to my stage in pregnancy. Also love her calmness and confidence. Highly recommend!

This seemed like the right challenge level for me! A little longer and slightly higher intensity than others. I've decided I'm only following your workout routines during this pregnancy (and postpartum)! You do such a great job with modifications and reminders for preventing diastasis recti!

I love this monthly calendars. Today it was a bit hard because the baby didn't stop moving, I think she wanted to do the workout as well....I am following you every day since the beginning and I noticed that if I skip it then I don't feel that well. When I do your videos I don't have back pain or pelvic pain for a day!

I loved this workout- THANK YOU! It felt very balanced and just the right level. I'm 31 weeks pregnant now and your workouts make all the difference to my days. l love workouts like these. It has all parts: warm up, cardio, sculpt, stretches. It feels amazing for my pregnant body! Done this at my 36 week and feel better after workout than before! Thank you for those super workouts ♥️
