Hello Walkers!
Happy Healthy February of 2022!
I am so very excited to join the team at Walk with a Doc in spreading the good news of what "walking" can do for the health of the world!

This new 2 Mile "heart healthy" workout was created in celebration of our friendship with Cardiologist David Sabgir and his amazing team over the years!

I was part of the film crew and producer team and LOVED IT! Leading the workouts for so many years (decades!), I so very much enjoyed the work behind the camera.

Please join Dr. David, Dr. Natalie (our Pittsburgh PA - Dr. G!) and the beautiful cast of walkers that are all connected to health care, or as we describe it "healthy care" and let's all go WALK WITH the DOCS!

Great workout! But it all started with Leslie and we usually never forget most beginnings. She will never be forgotten because Leslie was the start of my lifestyle change I decide to make. Thank you all!🤗

I am 60 years old- started leslie's workout in July 2022 (weight 93kg). By July 2023 came down 70kg!!Came down to size 14 from size 24!!😃

I've been walking with Leslie for years & I love her workouts, but this is my new favorite. The only thing that would make it better is if Michael was in it, I love Michael!😊 I've lost 14 pounds since May, so this 65 year old grandma can actually keep up now!

Just did this 2 mile walk video after not walking for a while and it felt absolutely amazing! I literally cried tears of joy after I finished this walk, I was so proud of myself! Thank you guys for the encouragement to walk!

Tnx so much for this wonderful workout exercise. Since 2011 I have been doing this kind of exercise with Lesley Sansone . She is an awesome human being. I’m 80 years and nobody 😮 believes that I’m 80. Maybe few wrinkles close to my chin, just light line. I’m so happy that you’re helping so many people. May God bless you Both doctors and the crew. So this morning I did 4000 steps with you all. Thank you.🙏💕

I owe so much to Leslie. I discovered her videos when the gym was closed and I was looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am 80+ and I am able to keep up with the young folks. Thank you Leslie and please make new videos.

This one is really effective..have been doing Leslies workouts for years and bought her box sets ..however this one is a winner..really like her style and more arm and core involvement is a bonus.. 5 star thankyou x

As a long time Walk at Home walker, I wasn't sure where the workouts were headed. I was starting to miss the familiar faces from the past few years. and starting to miss the "family." I'm glad to see Leslie back in any role, and this looks like a great idea. And I suppose I can get used to new faces in the leaders if they make it as fun as this workout is! Doctors and patients! We all fall into one of those categories, don't we? And I notice that there are people of all weights and body types walking, just like there were in the Walk at Home videos from years ago. Everyone needs to walk - this is a great message! Thanks for the new content!

Thank you Leslie for your different class instructors. Good that you have people from the medical field. "Walk with Doc class" Good to see doctors encouraging their patients to walk. I joined these classes since 2020. I work in Bamako Mali and these classes have changed my life. I used to suffer from lower back pain despite doing yoga and other exercises. When I started these classes, I used to just walk outside (good to connect with nature) but I missed the knee lifts, the kicks, the kick backs, the grapevines, the upperbody, the step touch, the boosted walk, arms to heaven etc. Since I started doing Walk at Home videos with Leslie, Kamilah, Rocky, Nadyia and Nick, my lower back pain is gone. I feel good. I trimmed my waist line with those knee lifts and rotational moves. Well done guys. Keep us inspired. Keep us in good health. Appreciated.

Love this walk! Remind's me of some of my most favorite earlier walks. Leslie's influence and workout style are all over this workout! Glad she is actively involved in this walk series! Looking forward to more walks with Dr. G! Hopefully more will be coming soon!

I can be the laziest person who hates exercise but when I started with Leslie during the pandemic and I lost weight and I looked good in photos, walking exercise has become my lifestyle. Thank you Leslie and your team.

Thank you for this. A year ago today, I had a major heart attack, with angioplasty following, and then a quadruple heart bypass operation. These videos are so helpful in motivating people to stay on track with fitness. I also go to the gym now, 4 or 5 times per week. Thanks so much!

I am an old school fan of WAH, I’ve been doing it for at least 15 years. I could not stand the thought of walking with anyone else leading except Leslie, but this girl immediately got my attention and got me pumped! Love this work out, love her confidence and energy. Also the story at the very end is really awesome, what an amazing and selfless doctor to spend his time that way! I wish there were so many more like you guys! ❤️❤️ 🏃‍♀️
