Get started off on the right foot (at any time of day!) by waking up your body and brain with some walking exercise! This steady-state, low-impact cardio session is easy to follow and simple to do in a small space. We'll focus on moving your entire body with simple coordination movements to help boost your brain power and circulation.

Please be sure to listen to your body throughout the workout and make any additional modifications you may need as we go. Always make the moves work best for you!

LEVEL: All

INTENSITY: Moderate to Low (LISS style Cardio)

Thank you Jessica. Everything you say, your spirit, wisdom, energy and love, always inspire me. I feel great after this session. And how true, about appreciating our body and listening to it. I am recovering from knee stiffness. I did this session at my pace and was still able to sweat it out, stand tall and breathe. Keep doing what you do. Thank you, Jessica, for this one. I've done it several times, but it's even more inspiring now that I've been helping my 88 year old mother in law recover from multiple contain fractures in her spine. It's VERY humbling to be able to get up in the morning and be able to move, and I'm so thankful to God for my body that still works, and for Jessica showing me how to do it in a sensible way!

I come back to these walking workouts over and over again. On a rainy day like today, a indoor walking workout is just what I needed. I appreciate your positivity and encouragement to do what works for my body and to appreciate what my body CAN do! ❤❤
