I have been with Leslie for almost 5 good years. Never tired of her past videos. She always manage to squeeze in some health info, tips, reminders or encouragement for me to move further, love you and thank you, Leslie.

This is a great program! I have a disability that prevents me from doing a lot of workouts, but I can do these and it makes me so happy! Okay, all the non-stop positive banter from all the instructors is a big help too! I like the positive chatter as much as I like the workouts. I've been able to stick with this and it is helping me lose weight and improve my muscle tone. It is also helping with my neurologic condition. Thank you so very much! This is the first time in my life that I've looked forward to a workout and am bummed when I miss it. I love seeing all of the diversity in the classes, and all the different shapes and abilities. There's nothing quite so unmotivating as only seeing young, beautiful, coordinated people exercise flawlessly.

I have been walking 🚶‍♀️ with Leslie for just over a month, have not lost weight per say but have strengthened, my core (which was my goal) I’m in my sixties and I love 💕 this program especially with this virus 🦠 going around I noticed my jeans are starting to fit better...less of muffin top 😝. I will continue to follow and get back with you of my progress! Thank you

I love these walks, been doing the Happy Walk, for a while now and my niece was surprised at how flexible I was this morning when she seen me do it along with Leslie, motivates me then to take my walk outdoors and walk with confidence

Leslie....iam one of your walk student here. Absolutely love your WAKE UP AND WALK series. So much of variety in these. Please do make a 30 minutes workout incorporating these moves too. Your workouts are very easy on the knees.

I used to be fit and saved up for my workout, had my first child and med’s doubled my weight, i was seven stone went to 14 now i am just over 12, this has helped me

I this one! I also like that Leslie is mixing things up by adding floor work and toning and different things after the walk. I am enjoying these videos a whole bunch! :)
