I am 60 years old. Started leslie's workouts July 2022-weight 93kg. By July 2023 weight 70kg. Currently size 14 from 24😁

Leslie.... I have been doing your various 20 minute walks since August 2021...approx. 9 months...the variation of programs is excelent...I feel great... I enjoy.. I aim for 4 x + per week..my weight is coming instill have 40 ponds + to go....but I am going to achieve..

I loved I usually divide and do your workouts. 15 minutes each. This helps a lot.

I love your walks! I injured myself during my pregnancy and still after 8 months I am still suffering. I can now long do my harder workouts and I am so beyond happy I found yours! Still a great workout with a lower intensity but I can feel it. Anyways this one is my new fav, I loved the new moves you brought into the workout, it was a nice and well needed change! Thanks =)

I am 84! Discovered you a couple of years ago..when I couldn`t get to the pool or too humid to walk. You got me through recovery with pneumonia twice, working back from not being able to make five minutes. I love your attitude and energy, not too crazy. You got me for life (hope it`s long~)Would love to join in your class. Where are you? With love
