Good morning! I don’t usually post comments, but this morning by the end of the practice, when the Mantra song plays, I just sobbed. My son was diagnosed with testicular cancer in 2020. He is doing well, but during that time I cried almost every practice. I’ve been practicing with you since 2019. It was also during the pandemic and it was the hardest time in our lives. Your yoga classes helped me through everything and that song played in one of your videos at the time. God bless you and your family

I just love your soothing voice and the words that you choose are just spot on for whatever it is that I’m going thru at the moment. I’ve been following your channel exclusively for 5 years… and you truly are the best yoga teacher on YouTube in my humble opinion. I’m a Sound healer and I cannot tell you how much healing you’ve facilitated by shifting my thoughts energetically if I’m having an off day and I have to hold space later during the day to help others heal. I consider myself in excellent shape for 59 but the aches and pains in the mornings and afternoons were starting to slow me down. Until a friend recommended yoga and your videos specifically. WOW what a game changer after just a month of 20-30 minute yoga sessions at home. All my pains are gone and have stopped taking Tylenol and Advil. I’m a yogi for life and share my transformation with all my friends. Thank you so much.

Brilliant flows from one pose to the next. I’m 67 and find a lot of yoga on YouTube too fast from one pose to another but yours were so easy to flow into. Thank you. 🇦🇺🙏🌻
