This video is full length which means you can just follow along with whatever I'm doing. If you need extra rest, just pause the video. If you don't need a rest - watch it the whole way through.

Fraser's workout routines are really effective, even if it only takes a little time. This is good to do at home, especially since the gyms here are closed.

The routine I most enjoy. This one does not feel as tough. Love it. I've been doing a daily 10-15 min ab workout and was beginning to plateau and then I discovered Fraser! Really enjoy working against a clock. Thanks so much.

These are just great routines. Thank you for all the content. I just pick a random one to try and do daily or every other day along with whatever workout I do. Challenging but results are happening.
