Wow, this is awesome! This video dropped at the perfect time. Question for you, have you ever tried any of these new custom meal plan tools? This one is a double bonus already did arms and legs with you. This one I felt was combining arms, legs and abs. Left my ankle weights on woohoo.
By the way I slipped on ice the other day. Didn’t fall. Thanks to you and your balancing exercises.

I love the standing exercise that don't take up a lot of space like this one. I use a vibration plate and enjoy doing your exercise on top of it, . Also I chuckled seeing your dog. A great distraction to thinking about the exercises and chuckled because the dog blends in perfectly with your rug. :)

Great short workout. Would it be beneficial to do several of these throughout the day. I hear short spurts of exercise are most beneficial. I just love seeing you back with new stuff. You are extremely inspirational !

Really good combined AB and arm workout. Great to do after 10 minute arm strengthening (without weights) as a warmup.
