Well, after doing many many 10 mins abs sessions and similar workouts I can tell they do improve a lot your ab muscles and aesthetic but by far the most noticeable change was the conditioning, I train martial arts regularly and its like having armour plates in your stomach man, it's great

He is right. When i started training i was depressed and didnt eat. I was 63 kg. Then i started training and eating a lot more. After 1 year i was 71kg. Now 2 years later i was almost 81 kg but i started to become bulky as well. And my stomach became bigger. But i noticed a big increase in my muscles and without eating more i started to lose fat and went back to 76kg.

I was like nooo whats happening. Why am i losing fat. And thats where it comes all together. As my muscles became bigger they asked more food.

Its fascinating. Now i am 78kg at the moment. Just started creatin so i hope ill hit almost 80kg soon. My goal is 85kg so ill be busy for a while.

Love the short sharp videos, lots of clear info to shape your workout and diet. Wondered what your thoughts were on intermittent fasting. Had some stubborn belly fat and always felt bloated, started intermittent fasting only eating between 12 and 6, and keeping evening work out. Seems to working, belly fat and love handles are slowly shrinking. It was hard to begin with but now missing breakfast comes fairly easy. Only issue is cramming in the volume of protein I need in 6 hours! Sorry for the long post, just wondered what your thoughts were. Keep up the videos.
