The Calisthenics program is insane. I recommend everyone to get it. It shows all of the exercises that train every part if your muscles and you can increase reps or decrease reps depending if you are a beginner or advanced.

i had a abdominal surgery two years ago. i have a 25 cm scar starting from my lower chest to my lower abdomen. i fear, doing abdominal workouts, to get a scar hernia.
but i would need to do something against my hollow back.
you’re blessed having a functional body!

Awesome abswheel technique :) On my side I prefer to bend the knees when returning to start position, not keeping them straight, but never my knees touch the ground. More safe to me, BUT beware that the wheel does not come back between legs, I had broken my nose this way LOL ! Keep up the good work, looking at your channel for YEARS now ;)

I get hip flexor cramps when I do ab exercises and this is the first time I've ever seen a calisthenics video address it and I am so excited! I will legitimately buy any program you have that addresses this issue.
