Ok so here is what I did, I kept doing these exercises in the video for a whole month, and lemme tell u, the results are amazing, if u do it for 1 week u will see ur abs poppin a lil bit and u will feel like doing these exercises even more, I completely ignored v-ups at the first week since they were destroying my body way too early before I complete the rest of the exercises,
Anyways if u r looking in the comments to see if these exercises are effective or not, yes sir they are very effective just do them for a week and see for yourself. Gl soldiers 😁

Omg thank you so much!!! I’ve been working out with different ab strengthening exercises for so long and my abs were noticeable, but not much, but ever since I started doing these workouts my abs started showing really well within the second day!!!!

Day 1: a burger
Day 2: some chips
Day 3: PIZZA day
Day 4: Doritos
Day 5: spend 10 hours on the couch
Day 6: realize I need to do the workout
Day 7: does 1 crunch than goes to bed

Seriously this will work, I can remember the fast time I try to do the dead bug impossible, but now no problem.
The V lift still is a issue but not giving up, Awesome videos, thanks are sharing 👍❤️

I just finished a complete work-out, pretty intense, and if done right could probably yield some good results. However, you fail to mention: For how long should you do each exercise or how many? And should you do only one round or more? :) I chose to do two rounds with each exercise lasting 60 seconds.
