This 70 minute yoga nidra for healing is a deeply healing and restorative guided meditation for when you need physical and emotional healing. With the approaching heat wave and politics here in America I was making myself sick. Thank you for this intervention. I admit I must of drifted off for most of it to awake at the end. So off with the tv news. It is certainly not essential for life itself (and can be counterproductive). I have faith everything will be ok and recommit myself to self care. Much love.

Melissa was so good wonderful.
I have a bad injury Friday burning my chest neck arms with hot water
I been suffering but I am corajous and I do every thing to help me I listening 3 times directly and soothing me so much my pain and mind.
