Thank you Kristyn. I’ve been using your yoga nidra videos for 10 months now and they have been an integral part of my healing. I have been mostly housebound and even bedridden for all this time but I’m seeing improvements and the yoga nidra has helped so much. I’m 53 years old and only now beginning to understand how to feel ok in my body due to ptsd and autism and me/cfs. This video and the sankalpa is very powerful. Thank you 🙏

This was lovely. I normally don't listen to the longer nidras but decided to try this one. I did drift off now and then but the music was so soothing. My hip feels better now as well. Thanks Kristyn.

That was masterfully guided, especially the elongation of the exhalation. I liked the language variations for recreation of polar opposites. I wasn't feeling great, and this practice helped me feel so much more at ease. Thank you, Kristyn! 🙏

Had a car accident 3 years ago which needed a spinal operation last year...followed by a stroke end of year. In much need of healing support so thank you. I believe in the healing energy of the body supported by others such as yourself. Bless you .
