Join in for a 30 minute INTENSE FULL BODY WORKOUT combining strength and cardio. Today I'll be using two 10 LB dumbbells. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest during the workout, and WARM UP and COOL DOWN are included. What I like: Your Clear Instruction, Your Modifications (I'm in my mid 70's), the fact that all weight exercises are different, that you do a WU and WD, and that the workouts are 30 minutes....it's just perfect...thank you

Loooove your strength + cardio combo videos. I always feel so strong afterwards. I love how even when I’m doing some of the low impact mods, I get my heart rate up. I live in an apartment so quiet is good, but a lot of low impact workouts out there make me feel like I’m compromising a good workout for the sake of quietness. These ones never fail. Thanks !

That was tough! Much tougher than I was expecting especially as I started it feeling really good as I feel fitter these days. I guess I pushed more too, but there were times I thought my heart was gonna explode. Anyway. Great workout!

This workout was just what I needed this morning! Strength plus cardio was just 👌 and warm up and cool down included makes it so much easier to fit into my morning as I know exactly how long I'm going to be working out for. I just found your channel and am loving your workouts! Easy to follow, clear, and precise. Nice visuals and explanations. I’m 64 and have been working out a long time..this is one of the best video workouts I’ve found. I just moved and have not figured out a gym yet and was concerned I would lose muscle in the interim.
