When I first started working out with Anna, I disliked her training just because I wasn't strong enough. But I decided to stick to it, as I liked the challenge and the fact that there are little breaks (I can live with 10s break haha). Now, 1.5 years later I can finally do her full hiit workouts and not pass out :D I am stronger than I have ever been. Thank you Anna for being so damn awesome, and such an inspiration! I recommend your videos to everyone :)

Just finished Day 5. Loving it so far. I’m an airline worker. Gyms in hotels are mostly closed because of COVID-19. I love these because they are intense, no equipment needed, and I don’t need a lot of space so I can do it in my hotel rooms. THANKS!

The video goes straight into the work-out but has a great cooldown at the end. Just another wonderful HIIT that incorporates so much creative movement of the body. What I love is that everyone can find 30 minutes a day to workout but this one will seriously kick your butt. Thank you Anna.
