So many exercises within this 30 minute full body workout to hit those legs, glutes, shoulders, back and arms! Mostly dumbbells as resistance with some bodyweight only exercises too! No repeat, no jumping, full body!

For this full body workout, you will need a pair of dumbbells, a chair for some dips and Bulgarian lunges and your mat!

The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 15kg each and 9 kg each!

The timer will be on for 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest!

I just discovered this gem last year searching for a 30 minute wkout. Since then I've completed 4 rounds of Iron. I'm now going to go through all of her full body's. This one made me sweat! I'm loving this series of shorter No repeat workouts. Even though it's shorter in time they definitely pack a punch and are very intense and challenging. As always Caroline....you never cease to amaze me. Looking forward to doing this with my girlies tomorrow 💗

We went to the beach this weekend but I was so determined to get this workout in that I got up at 7:15 am on a Saturday morning and did it in the tiny hotel fitness room before heading out. That’s really saying something, coming from a total night owl!
