Circuits, sweat, serious intensity… let’s go!

We simply have 5 supersets in the circuit and we simply perform this for 3 rounds!

This might actually be the quickest in regards time passing! Within no time we reach the last round of circuit!

The timer will be on for each superset for 90 seconds in total, with 60 seconds being the first exercise, followed straight away with 30 seconds of a ‘complimentary’ exercise!

With this workout, you can absolutely use heavier dumbbells for the first exercise within the superset then drop weight for the 30 seconds exercise so for example squats you could pick a heavier weight, then drop weight for the squat to press!

It’s completely up to you! I used the same dumbbells throughout and it was very demanding!

All you will need for this workout is your mat and dumbbells! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 2 x 10kg each!

Caroline, I just wanted to let you know that I recently had to travel abroad to visit my mother who had suffered 2 strokes. I spent 5 hours a day at the hospital and the only emotional relief I felt, was when I forced myself to continue with your workouts. I had no equipment so I had to forgo your iron workouts and do your calisthenics workouts. Even though my mind was never wholly on the exercises, I so appreciated this little time out with you, so thank you so very much. Yes, your IRON series is great, I wish they were for the full hour though. Keep on doing what you are doing as you touch people in ways you probably don't even realize.

I was sweating so much today. Thanks to this Iron series I have gone from 2 x 5kgs to 2 x 7kgs. Gonna rock out with these 7's for another couple of weeks and then incorporate some 10s. You are amazing and I feel so strong.

My legs are tired after walking 20 miles along the Ridgeway Trail yesterday...but I’m so excited to do this workout! Wow this was honestly probably the toughest iron work out so far I feel completely exhausted! What a fantastic well-rounded work out for the whole body… I used 2 twenty pound dumbbells the entire time and it was super tough!!! I was so happy to see Caroline was even struggling herself! WOW!

Smashed!! Feeling like a ROCKSTAR after this Tough Super Sweaty Fun Sesh! First superset could feel HR rising and catching my breath during rest. Brilliant combo and flow. Abs part was ouch..hugged the knees a few times. Finished soaked in sweat and Blushed Face 😁. Great workout!

Holly molly, this is an indeed intense workout. I was sweating and my heart rate was up there. I used 2x 12.5kg for the High squats, RDL, Bent rows and Lunges and 2x10kg for the rest. Tough challenging yet fun. Feeling awesome. Happy weekend. 🙌💪

BRU-TAL! Hahaha! OMG!! Everytime I feel like I've made gains, Caroline spins out a workout like that. Truth is, a month ago, if I had to do that workout, I don't know how I'd have fared.
