It's 10 pm where I am, so I will try this tomorrow morning, but I love these all standing, 30 min. workouts. I switch them out the first of every month to surprise my mind and body. I'm 65, and I lost 5 lbs by doing these workouts.

people don’t underestimate this workout. while doing it i was sweating like shit (lol maybe it’s also a me-problem ahahah) and although it’s "low impact" but at the same time HIIT (which is kinda confusing but anyways) it is very intense but i loved it!!! it’s the next day and my entire butt and legs are sore asf i can’t even sit down 😂 so yea my lower body is feeling like shit but i loved it and i would recommend it to everyone! 💛
