We've got 5 sets working different parts of your body. Remember the goal here is to complete the workout, so take as many breaks as you need but don't give up and make sure you reach the end of the workout. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. Today I have completed the CARDIO CHALLENGE!! I lost 2 kg during those 19 days, I WENT FROM 65 TO 63 KG. I will start a new challenge and my goal is to reach 58 kg before new year. Wish me luck everyone and thank you Chloe!

Literally 2 weeks ago I could hav never imagined being able to do a straight 30 min workout without extra breaks, I can’t believe I was able to do it! These past days I’ve been doing 10 minute workouts and 15 min workouts at the most, but I decided to try this one for the first time and I was able to make it through!! Feeling the workouts get easier as I keep going is really amazing! Plus I went through a bit of a rough patch recently and I wasn’t able to exercise for about 4 days and I ate pretty bad today, so I really wanted to work out and it made me feel a lot better. Thanks so much chloe!!! And if anyone is spent the time reading this lengthy comment, you can do it!! Even if you have a bad day or you feel like shit, you got this :)

I'm on day-10 of the summer shred challenge and oh my, this was by far the hardest workout video I've done . I had a headache at the beginning of the workout but I just rested for a while and hydrated, and after feeling a bit better I jumped back in to the challenge and I'm glad I made it to the end. So guys don't give up on your dream just because of small inconveniences, rest well and keep pushing forward. You got this 💪

I'll finish 2024 Weight Loss Challenge soon. Didn't lose much weight, maybe 2kg... But I can't say I've been eating healthy enough, I'm going slowly and adjusting. I haven't exercised in 3 years almost and gained a lot of weight from antidepressants that I'm off now. But I think I look so much better and I feel better. It's okay to go slowly sometimes, change your habits gradually and have patience. Whenever I went from one extreme to another I gave up fast. Don't look at it as just "losing weight", you're getting stronger and you'll have more energy.

For anyone looking for any comment on results for the 2023 Summer Shred Challenge - I started doing this on the 3rd of July - combined with swimming twice a week and 100 bridges on the challenge days, (I am on day 11 now). I started from 64 kgs (I am 1, 7m), and oscillated to 62.4 to 63, back to 62, now again at 63. I eat normally, somewhat of a diet (not eating after 4:30-5 pm) and having at least 2 L of water daily.
I started with the following:
- Waist: Before - 67cm, Day 11 - 63.7cm
- Arms: Before - 29cm, Day 11 - 28cm
- Belly (lower belly?makes sense?): Before - 79cm, Day 11 - 78cm
- Hips: Before - 103cm, Day 11 - 99cm
- High thigh (top of the leg, under the bum): before 59cm, Day 11 - still 59cm
- Lower thigh (above the knee) - Before: 46 cm, Day 11 - 45cm
- Calf: Before - 36cm, Day 11 - 36cm

So mainly, in weight there isn't such a big difference, but it shows on my body. And i feel stronger, so there's that. I'll try to get back on day 21 with updates, and on the 28th day as well.

But don't give up, the whole idea is to take it one day at a time - and the achievements on Chloe's site are really helping to keep you motivated. And if you find a team to be part of, it's really fun to encourage the other team members. But the whole idea is to move daily, don't look at how many days are ahead of you, just look at today. You can do it! :)

I couldn't finish it on day 10 of the 2023 summer shed challenge but I pushed myself and completed it on day 13! I am so proud of myself. may god be by my side and keep me strong and healthy. thanks a lot, Chloe! <3

i’ve been doing the 2023 summer shred challenge and i can honestly say this works

i only have 5 days of the challenge left but i can already see and feel how strong my legs and core have gotten. i went from a 28 1/2 inch waist to a 27 inch waist and i finally have a booty!

those achievements may not seem like much specially for people who go to the gym but being someone who struggles with consistency and exercise i fully recommend her workouts if you’re trying to get into fitness!

no other online workouts have worked as well and as fast as chloe’s and i’m really thankful for the effort and effectiveness! <3

I will do this training for several days and note my evolution.
At the beginning I am 1m60 and 58kg.
The first day it's super hard I didn't manage to finish. ❌
On the 2nd day I did it by taking a break and drinking a lot of water. I am tired.😭😭
Day 3
I managed to finish I now know the music.
I'm tired right after I eat my snack 😭😭
4th day I didn't because I had to go to class.

5day I decided to do it for real with concentration 😊. Exhaustion called me but I continued until the end thinking about the body I want to have😁.

Day 26, 2024 summer sherd challenge

2nd challenge of the year done!, previously did 2024 weight loss challenge

I didn't check my weight, don't even know how much I weigh😂😂😂, but i am getting stronger. I want to be consistent for 6 months then use pictures to check my progress!

DAY 1 - The burn was amazing!! I was a whole mess at the end of this workout, and I did pause the video for more break.

I began the 2024 Summer Shred challenge the week it came out and here I am happy and celebrating that I'm done 🎉🎉🎉

Starting challenges like these come not just to be healthy physically but also to help you with your personal development.

I've got to learn more about consistency and discipline like never before and also how to come back after a "relapse".
