I love the yoga/pilates workouts! It's like a trick for my muscles because my brain is so relaxed it's powering through the burn so much smoother. Would love more full length ones like 45min-1hr 🥰☺😍

This is by far the most intense yoga Pilates out there. This is incredible, seriously. Each flow has a purpose and makes you feel amazing afterwards!! Thank you Nicole you’ve have given me so much strength and flexibility!!❤❤

Nicole, I am recovering from a reoccurring slipped disk which gives me immense pain with sciatica and have been told for years to do Pilates, I stumbled upon your channel this year and I want to say such a big thank you for all the diverse Pilates workouts you so regularly put out. I don’t know what we do to do serve such a generous and talented instructor who provides us with free high end work outs. Thank you so much, I’ve never felt stronger

It’s more than just exercising your body, it’s about balance, feeling the muscles and breathing! Nicole, I love these yoga/pilates blends! I'm a long-time yogi and adding the pilates really rounds it out for me. Can you do some longer videos like this? 50 and 60 min. blends? I would love that!

I honestly don’t even feel like I’m “working out”Your voice is so calming Nicole and the movements you put together make me feel stronger without having to push myself over the edge. I’m so grateful to be able to move my body today. This is the only form of movement I want to break a sweat in besides dance 🥰

Nicole, I have done all of your workouts but this one I have come back to over and over. It is a treat to my body and my soul. I feel so relaxed and strong, I love the vinyasa, I love the core elements, the warrior 3 and the wheel pose the most. I know that's a lot of "favourite" parts, that's why it's such a special workout for me!
