This is a great example that when things are bad it can actually get worse. This workout was really challenging.

Nicole! Another day 6 complete without any breaks in between this whole week. This was a good one especially the butt + band workouts. Definitely felt it.

Just finished this workout for January 2024, Week 3, Class 2! It's amazing how fast this class went by, but I feel stronger and relaxed. All the movements are intentional! The breathing and slower pace really force you to control the movements and activate different muscles. Can't wait to keep doing more classes. Thank you, Nicole!!

Thank you for the video! I was actually starting a training session and will try to do it now. Also thank you very much for all the time and dedication you put into those videos, I must say they are very helpful and I have seen a difference in strength and resistance in my daily life. Amazing. I don’t often make time for a 40 minute workout but I’m so glad I did this one! Yes, it’s challenging but in just the right way. I feel like I’m going to crush my whole day now!! Nicole, the results I’m getting with you are so rewarding and motivating!!

Nicole, I tried to do this one a couple of days after getting over a GI bug vs food poisoning. I couldn’t finish it! I did today and it still LITERALLY kicked my butt!! I believe this is your toughest workouts!
