I know this is an old video, but just doing it in your weekly playlist and all I have to say is that is the hardest glute series I have ever done in almost a year of classes with you!!! dripping with sweat.

Didn't realize how brutal this would be. Had to stop halfway because it was a terrible choice after leg day. My poor legs 😅

That workout was amazing! The shakes and burns were serious on this one...had to take a couple mini breaks on the buns section just so I can remember to breathe 😄 Love when you incorporate new moves that challenge my body and my mind. Another perfect flow. If you have time for a 40 minute workout, this is the one to do. Nicole works all of the muscle groups, adds bursts of cardio and ends with a wonderful stretch. I love your accent too! It’s the perfect calming and toning start to the day. Thanks Nicole 🙏🏻

Nicole, it’s definitely one of my favourite session of yours! I was kinda scared to do cardio workout cause had a week of yoga and more relaxing exercises, but this class was perfect. I was energetic, but not dying and pilates parts were so enjoyable and burning. Fantastic mix! Thank you for sharing this energy with us

I have been following and working out to your videos for about a year now. This one has to be my favorite so far! It was the perfect amount of time, challenge for my body and the low impact works out great! I wake up at 4 am to work out in my living room and I try to keep the noise down so that I don't wake up my household that early. I was certainly sore the next day, and day after that, after this one. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Hello, Nicole! I've been doing your work outs for over a year now, and I've really wanted to thank you for all the dedication, thought and work you put through them. They honestly changed my life, and my body.
