Nicole started me on my Pilates journey when I was looking for a new form of exercise in lockdown. Little did I know I selected one of the best teachers out there! I love how she is very encouraging yet knows how to push and the workouts are always challenging enough that I can still do them and have a place to work towards.

It is baffling to me that her channel is free!

The most killer workout!! The rollovers were a little confusing for me but I got the hang of it after rewatching a few times. Please make more advanced/intermediate workouts I love your teaching so much <3

I don't see myself as intermediate nor advanced, but I saw this as a challenge. Did as well as I can and I'm very proud of myself! I love your workouts and your channel.

Nicole, as a fellow Pilates instructor, I think your combinations are beautifully constructed, your cueing spot on and your words of encouragement perfectly timed. It's so nice to just be a student again and enjoy being in my own body. Keep doing what your doing and thank you for allowing me to grow as a Pilates student and instructor. Your workouts keep me calm and are just *incredible*. The pacing, encouragement, empathy and constantly changing exercises are stellar, and your channel is the first one that allowed me to see results (I've tried everything from functional training, yoga, HIIT etc...)

Nicole thank you!! As a total beginner, I started doing your workouts a few months ago barely being able to complete them.
