I thought about doing a yoga workout today, and just when I started to look for one, I noticed you had uploaded this! Almost shed a tear during the chair sequence, but this was a great, creative and energizing workout!😊

I have been doing Nicole’s workouts for 5 months now three to five times a week. My body feels much stronger. When I started I couldn’t get through any of the beginner classes. Now I can do the longer ones without stopping. I recommend Nicole to anyone who wants a home work out. Nicole you have changed my work out life. I feel stronger and healthier.

Nicole, i can't even express how grateful i am for everything you do!!!
