Join me for a 20 minute UPPER BODY WORKOUT with dumbbells to work the arms, chest, back and core muscles. All you need is a medium set of weights. I'll be using 8lb dumbbells today, but grab anything between 5-12 lb depending on your strength level. We'll be moving between both standing and floor exercises with intervals of 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik
