This workout kicked my ass! Those little dumbbells actually get very heavy by the last round!

I loved these work outs when I first began working out, but then I broke my arm now I'm very weak ! I've so far only made it through the first workout + an ab workout before this video . It's tough to get back in shape but when you have that mind set to go big you can do it .

Same comment. Those push ups kill unless I can lose a couple of kilos. Triceps no problem this time. Arnold curls after push up rows I really struggle, especially after 15 of them. Hard for me to bottom out on push ups too. I have had some tendon tears in the shoulder but I think it’s the extra weight, now that I am in my late 60s.

I made it through the workout, feel the burn. Love this site & the whole hasfit.com website...great for us beginners. I've lost 10 lbs in the first month. Keep up the good work, Couch!

Nice! I feel like the first exercise (the push up rows) was a little unbalanced in terms of difficulty with the rest of the workout. It was also hard to keep up with you for it. I mean I could, but I had to rush and sacrifice form to the point of not getting the full benefit of the exercise.

I had to pause a couple times i thought i was gonna kill this workout but then it kicked my ass i had to pause the video like 8 times with 10 pound dumbells and i was about to use my 30 pound 1s like a dumbass lol good workout though i feel it in my whole upper body like i'm supposed too thanks!!

Will these exercises help me loose weight?

Just a general question...if I do strength training will that help me lose some upper body fat like man boobs, side chest fat and some arm fat?
