You're my favorite pilates instructor! I love how your voice is so calming... it almost feels like I'm not workout out. I also love how you incorporate stretches between each series and remind us to keep the shoulders loose! I store a LOT of tension in my shoulders and you have the only workouts that don't make me tense up. Thank you:)
