Tap in with us for a 30 minute FULL BODY dumbbell workout that will challenge your overall strength and conditioning! Enjoy this NO REPEAT format that will target every muscle group in your body. Depending on your goals, this is a great workout for building strength, losing body fat, improving endurance and more. This routine is more suitable for advanced levels, however, we can provide you with modifications in the comments if you want to give it a shot. We recommend doing a workout like this at least 2 times per week to see consistent improvements. All you need is a light to moderate weight pair of dumbbells and a soft surface.
