This toned abs pilates workout challenge will help get a flat stomach and strengthen your deep core in 7 days. It's an intense 5 minute at home pilates abs workout that will target your deep core and abdominal muscles to build a functional and stable core, and also help you get visible abs. Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

Love that you keep including these awesome videos in addition to the great workouts on the app! For anyone considering this, I’ve been doing these workouts every single day since March of 2023. Haven’t missed a day! Down 20 pounds and 3 pants sizes, but more importantly I feel stronger, healthier and happier for my family. Day1✅
Day2✅ I act love the workout as its not the hardest but still feels effective and so short
Day3✅ I enjoy doing this workout it feels good not seeing much results yet but my abs feel harder and tighter
Day4✅ I kinda see a little results my abs are finally tighter omggg thank you Lily for this workout this is ur sign to start doing it rn
Day5✅ I did this at 1am tbh but its fine i dont see that much like results but my abs feel harder
Day6✅ I see results around my belly button like it looks better and like slimmer if yk what I mean and my waist is a lil more defined
Day7✅ Im gonna keep doing this cuz its a short but effective workout my stomach is a lot tighter compared to day 1

Day9✅This workout is kinda also helpful for my flared ribs I used to hold my breath during workouts when I was younger and I ended up with flared ribs and this workout with the whole breating thing is really helpful so this is ur sign to focus on breathing

day three:✅ way easier than second and first day.
day four:✅ i haven’t noticed any change yet, i felt more comfortable than the first day

Doing this with another 2 other exercises from her (P.S. I'm also biking for 30 min everyday, drinking at least half a gallon of water, and on a calorie deficit)

I've always had a high metabolism and always struggled to put on weight but due to depression and gorging myself with food I have become skinny fat and am looking to improve my health and reduce belly fat. I want to combine this with walking eventually so here we go.

1день: ✅️(мне было легко, но все же эта тренировка немного расшевелила и заставила почувствовать мышцы, вернусь завтра♡

День:2✅(на самом деле было намного сложнее, я чувствую как пресс напрягаться больше чем вчера, меня это радует. Вес 55.7)
День:3✅️ (не совсем считаю что выполнила т.к в силу занятости смогла сделать только пару упражнений, вес утром был 54.5 )
