Hi Lucyy, please consider a slim butt and hip vids for your next workout. I understand most people like a peach butt shape and curvy hips but I'm sure there are some who like it slim..slim body inch loss maybe 10 mins..also what kind of exercises that make us lose the pounds and gain muscles? Thx

Good morning Lucy, another fab 5mins work out! I did this after the 5mins cardio which for me personally is my favourite. I have such a hectic day with work and school run, the 5mins cardio gets my day started!. I'll do your longer workouts on Sunday. Again thank you for all that you do 🙏😁
