Tip for anyone struggling with the straight legs going down to the ground thing: try with your hands flat on the ground, down by your sides at the beginning then as it gets easier try behind your head and then raise yr head. I struggle with that and this rlly helps ❤

I decided to make this video for 10 days because I'm going to be busy this week. Today is the 3rd. day. There are no changes, but it really burns my tummy area when I do it. I will update my comment at the end of the tenth day.

Paired this workout along with day 15 of the one month Pilates plan, I got so humbled 😭 but honestly, from the last time I remember doing this workout I have definitely gotten a lot stronger and it’s a little more manageable! Especially since I’ve done this one month plan SOOO many times. I’m really grateful that you make your workouts manageable and so accessible to do at home, especially your busy gal workouts on TikTok I see. Thank you Madeline!!!! ❤

I've been doing this workout 2-3x a week for two weeks now and it's such a good burn! I see some ab definition but mostly my waistline has gotten smaller. I will definitely keep this routine in my workout!^^

This has been a really humble experience for me, so I've been attempting to do it maybe once every two weeks rather than once a week. Given that summer is quickly approaching, I also intend to be more consistent.

heres my little log book:
day one - everything was alright until about 2:40 then i found i could lift my legs up at the same time! it was so hard for me to continue, tried my best w some of the rest but couldnt keep up. ill do some light stretches now for the rest of the video and try again in the evening
day two - literally could not move my body for some reason 😭 didn't do any
day three -
