I don't know who needs to hear this but this workout totally changed the way my booty looks! I do this work 6 days a week and so far within 3 weeks I notice a complete difference! The best workouts on YouTube out there. Please never stop doing the 5 min workouts, I love to mix and match them or even do the same video twice in a row! So glad I discovered this channel!

I'm a week and a bit in to doing this almost every day and it makes an ACTUAL NOTICABLE DIFFERENCE!! I am super mentally ill and struggle a lot w/ motivation and my body, but I promise this one is achievable even for my other fellow seriously mentally ill people, its 5 min, it sucks, it burns, but you get real results & feel confident and capable when your done! you got this <3

I have never commented on a video before... but wanted to make sure that those of you questioning whether or not this will help your glutes, understand that it ABSOLUTELY WILL!!! I've been doing it about 5-6 days a week for over two weeks and the changes to my thighs and butt are remarkable. My recommendation is to fight through the burn and incorporate this short routine into your daily workout. You won't regret it.

JUST FINISHED THE SEVENTH DAY AND DAMN, THIS WORKS!!!! i started doing this last monday, but yesterday i couldn’t do it so i finished today the seven days. when i started i already had a not big but not small butt, but it was absolutely not firm nor round. now it is SO LIFTED AND IT DOES LOOK LIKE A FREAKING PEACH EMOJI 🤠
just wanted to thank you bailey, and for those asking, i did not do any other butt exercises during the week, just abs (no influence in the butt at aLL). i did work really hard in the mind muscle connection and put as much strength and effort as i could in each of the exercises to get great results, and guess what, i did :D

I've never done a challenge thing like this before because I get bored, but I'm going to try this!.
Day 1: Done and it burns I love it :D
Day 2: Done and it still burns so that's good lol
Day 3: Done, it doesn't quite burn as much but my butt is still very tired
Day 4: Done
Day 5: Done, I think my bum looks a bit more lifted today
Day 6: done and my bum still hurts when I’m done so I think it’s working😂
Day 7: done, my bum definitely looks rounder and a bit more lifted, I wasn't expecting miracles but this did actually help

So I've been doing her workouts since last month and believe me I've lost 4 kgs in just a month. I've been trying to lose weight since last 2 years but nothing worked out. Bailey thank you so much 😊💕lysm ❤️😭

I did all 7 days, and I can honestly say that this is the best booty workout I've found! There are without a doubt results even at day 3! I will continue this every day, I look forward to it! Thank you, <3

Day 1: Great workout and I felt the burn.
Day 2: I found the workout a lot harder to do today. My butt was on fire. Day 3: Done
Day 4: Finished. I feel a difference in my butt. Feels firm and fuller. Very happy with the results so far.
Day 5: Today’s workout was very short, but I made sure to include this in there.
Day 6: The workout has gotten easier yet, the burn is still present.
Day 7: Challenge Complete.
Miracles don’t happen over night, but for 5 minutes a day for a week I can say a miracle did happen. I’d recommend really pairing this video with one of her other workouts. Put in the work and you’ll see your results like I did! I’ll definitely be incorporating this routine into my other workouts. Thank you Bailey!

I am really seeing results! I have been doing this and a few other of your 5 minute workouts for the past 6 weeks and wow they work!! I am 63 and haven’t exercised in 20 years so I knew it would take a while before I would see results. I wasn’t expecting to see them this quick. Thank you so much for making these videos. You are very encouraging which has kept me going!

This workout is so good, it’s literally one of the only workouts I’ve done so far where I really feel the burn in my butt instead of my thighs or legs. So glad I found this one! Also love how you describe the positions and gives us motivation on the exact right times!
