Hi guys!

So excited to be posting my first follow-along pilates workout! This is a perfect express workout to do when you do not have much time in the morning or even to incorporate at the end another workout for an extra boost :)

Thank YOU so much! The perfect combo of burn + only 5 min. Pls more of 5-10 min workouts because those are the ones that I can actually do other than the 30-40 min vids i get irritated fast because of the hard workouts, but this was perfect:)

Doing this workout everyday for 2 weeks and tracking my progress here!

Day 1. 1/2/2023: I definitey felt it in my stomach and I am positive it will be showing results

Day 2. 1/3/2023: complete I felt it more them yesterday!

Day 3. 1/4/2023: completed!

Day 4. 1/5/2023: complete!

Day 5. 1/6/2023: complete

Day 6. 1/7/2023: complete

Day 7. 1/8/2023: no doing twice TM instead

Day 8. 1/9/2023: I did it twice!

Day 9. 1/10/2023: doing twice tm

Day 10. 1/11/2023: I did it twice!

Day 11. 1/12/2023: completed!

Day 12. 1/13/2023: completed!

Day 13. 1/14/2023: doing twice tm insetad

Day 14. 1/15/2023: did it twice! I finished the 2 weeks my waist has gotten smaller an I have lost 6 pounds I loved this workout and will continue to do it thank you so much!!

these are great, i barely ever move let alone do exercises of any kind but your videos are both very doable for me and make me feel the burn and make me sweat a lot which just feels good and rewarding. <3

Thanks Lidia. Finished the 7 day challenges this is day 8 along with a 10 minute leg workout and 31 minutes on my spin bike. Feeling amazing compared to doing hardcore HIIT ect

Doing this for a whole week:
Day 1: It was pretty easy but still felt the burn
Day 2: My abs were sore lol so today was a lil harder
Day 3: Abs still sore a lil but still goingg
Day 4: took a two day break for traveling reasons but I did it today! Still feeling the burn !
Day 5: My posture has improved when doing these exercises
Overall I def saw a small change specially in my waist. If done for longer durations it will def help even moree

doing this for maybe 14 days!! (hopefully it does something before school starts :))
day 1: it felt really good but it wasn't too hard!
day 2: felt good..not feeling much of a burn?
day 3: felt a burn!
day 4: same as yesterday :))
day 5: ✓

day 10: ✓ - think i see my stomach getting flatter!
day 11: ✓ - not much of a difference but school starts tmrw :)

I’ll try to do it 1-2 weeks and I’ll tell you my results :) I really hope I won’t forget it cause I need a challenge rn haha

Before: 61, 2 kg
After: ?

Day 1 (21.01): ✅
did it 2x after my gymnastic exercises. It already burnt after the first exercise I love it it’s so effective! I could have done it a 3rd time but I had no time for it

Day 2 (22.01): ✅
I did it twice again! It was harder than the first day cause I wasn’t that motivated but it was still fine.

Day 3 (23.01): 🚫
I didn’t do it cause my abs hurt too much and I didn’t want to over exercise them. I’ll do it twice again tomorrow :) but I can already see my ab lines coming back (I had them a bit some month ago but I gained weight and stopped exercising)

Day 4 (24.01): ✅ I did twice!

Day 5 (25.01): ✅ did it once and her other abs workout but I prefer this one :)

Day 6 (26.01): ✅ did it and her 20 min Pilates vid :) love these two so much

Day 7 (27.01): 🚫 didn’t do it because I had hip hop practice

Interim results:
I gained weight and I’m actually kinda sad about it (probably because I didn’t loose weight but gained muscles) you can see the lines of my abs more defined but no big differences. I’ll keep doing it cause it’s very fun and I love it! It already feels like a routine :)

Day 8 (28.01): 🚫 didn’t do it but went for a 70 min walk

Day 9 (29.01): ✅ I went for a 40 min walk and did it once! It burns and I love it sm! I really wanna work out every day! Pilates is literally the only thing that wants me keep going.
