Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:

I don't usually comment, but gotta say this. I've been doing lillys workouts intermittently (probably ~3x per week) for the past 4-5months. My boyfriend while we were doing the deed the other day said my waist looked so little I looked like a Barbie. I'll be living with that compliment for a while 😂. I usually do Lilly's ab workout paired with either a lift or run but I've been lifting and running for over 5 years and never have I felt my waist be this snatched. It works! Just stick with it. If you miss a day it's ok! Just do it when you can they're like 5-10 minutes!!

Day one: my stomach hurts well haha but aint that a good sign for the first day?? Well i will be trying to keep on each one of the 14 days huhu ill keep updating

Day two: no changes yet but its day two what did i expect XD well my stomach burns like crazy but im excited for how its going to look after 2 weeks as it says hehe

Day three: my stomach hurts even worse while the workout wich is a great sign im so happy and honestly i love how you keep motivating me with sentences like, ,keep going, , , , ,you can do it, , and more. I only got the motivation from that XD well no changes seen yet but its only day three so we will see. I am excited

Day four: ayo i start concentrating more on the things like breathing and stuff like the details. My stomach feels like its going to explode any second but everytime im done with the workout im like yaaaay done again im honestly so happy with it! No changes abled to get seen on my body yet BUT its only day four so i will try to keep going unlike every time i do a workout😂 (i always give up cause i hate waiting for the seeable results and thats why i hope i will see changes soon 😂 i dont want to lose the motivation again😂) well anyways there are definetly feelable changes my stomach HURTS boo hoo.. im happy bout that i swear

Day five: its a wonder i havent given up yet woohoo well i will try to keep going. No seeable changes yet but i think ican feel my stomach getting harder like wow maybe i just never really watched it but i believe there are some miiiini muscles building up im excited!

Day six: my stomach hurts but it starts feeling thicker idk. Well whatever i will keep going cause mate i wanna have some more confidence just for myself. Im feeling proud i nearly got half of the days done 🎉

Day seven: half way done!! I still cant see any changes but its only half of the workout days so i will keep on with that. My stomach is really ow but idc lol. Im excited for the end of this cause iwant my abs whelp 😂. Hope yall have a great day and fun with that workout.

Day twelve: as always my stomach hurts a lot BUT now i saw the tiniest change BAHAHAHAHAHA on my stomach yk i aint got a smaller waist or more curves I just saw that tiny line that starts under the boobs in the middle of the body idk how to explain but i hink yk what i mean. BRO its the tiniest change that could have come HAHAHAHA but im so Have a great day yall

Day fourteen: so yall it was the last day but i dont have a seeable sixpack.... Well not yet i will keep up with that workout and tell yall how it is every single day like before until my body got that sixpack. So yall the workout does NOT work but also it does. It does not work in 14 days to have the complete sixpack but the workout is fun, short (perfect for me i hate long workouts they are stealing my time) and it halfway worked out i can see thiw line on my body as i said hefore which is a beginning of a sixpack so yall the workout definetly is Expecially for people like me who dont want much time spend on it so its working (needs longer thqn 14 days but it starts showing the beginning of a sixpack in this time), its fun, its motivating, it doesnt take much time, you feel proud everytime you done it.
So that all is my opinion to it and how it worked for me❤ have a great day yall

Day 15: so today is my pause day and tomorrow is the beginning of round two im excited. Have a great day yall and thanks to lilly. i fucking ❤ this Not too long, not too short, very motivating and it fucking works well.

Day fourteen: i really think my waist is getting smaller now AND i saw the tiniest new change i swear if i like stiffen my stomach i can see like the tiniest line in its middle its only on the left side but who cares? its there😂😂😂😂 i honestly am lucky and unlucky at the smae time today i had a little headache it started like around the second exercise which made the workout so damn uncomfortable today it is still there i hope its going to stop soon well what makes it lucky tho tomorrow i have a little vacation so i would be, ,energieless,, after it and it would be terrible to do the workout BUT tomorrow is day 15 which is my pause day so everything is just Have a great time yall

Day one: i think i finnally understand the exercises more and more its getting more intense honestly so i think i havent done it correctly at the beginning but even tho i didnt it still worked i guess something had to be correct in what i was doing lol😂. Have a great day yall

Day three: today we drove 5h to our vacation house. We were swimming a little and stuff and i will start jogging a little bit for my figure now. The workout was very hard but im fine. Have a wonderful day yall

Hi guys!
I didn't find any completed comments with the results, so i'm gonna try and update for 14 days
Day 1: done, it wasn't too hard, but i am doing different kinds of sports for pretty much my hole life, so i'm kinda used to it(
Day 2: done, today was really easy idk why
Day 3: done, it was good, also i might be starting to see some results
Day 4: it was great, felt the burn, but i had a bad food day due to my birthday
Day 5: done
Day 6: didn't do, due to the moving, but did some cardio (about 50 minutes)
Day 7: didn't do anything, due to the moving again (i have a two-days train so) but I'll arrive tomorrow and probably do it at night
Day 8: couldn't do it at all, the train arrived late(
Day 9: finally did it! feels good to be back, also went biking and swimming and walked a lot
Day 10: done, also walked really a lot today
Day 11: did another ab workout and also walked a lot again
Couldn't do it on both day 12 and 13 because i am in kyiv and we have electricity here for 2-6 hours a day max, so i couldn't go to YouTube without internet, really hope that the situation will get better soon(

I don't think, that I'll continue doing this workout due to the situation with electricity(tho it did get better, but not in the time i usually do it, and before that I'm not home all day). I definitely did see some results, and also i feel like my deep core muscles improved, so i would recommend this workout!
P. S. I am pretty thin, but i have a little lower belly rn, it doesn't bother me much, but I've been doing another abs workout for a few weeks now(by daisy keech, if anyone wants to know) and it doesn't target lower belly much, tho it's really great and i love it. I am not on any diet, i eat kinda fine, but i do drink a lot of water. Also i am in the middle of a moving to other country, so i am busy, therefore i walk a lot(but not like extremely). I also do some other different workouts sometimes. I'll be updating at night(by prague time) cause i like to do workouts then. If you want to know smth else - ask in the comments!) (aslo sorry for any mistakes, i am not a native speaker and to lazy to use a translator)

Day 1 ✅ : my stomach like it's burning on the first day, painful at first, but it feels like it's worth it! <3
Day 2 ✅ : I didn't try the workout in 2 weeks because of how busy I am with a lot of things and didn't have enough time to do it but my stomach still felt the burn after the workout :D
