I'm gonna update everyday during two weeks:
1 day: It didn't hurt. i don't now if it's because I didn't did it well or I actually have abs?
Oh! I forgot putting my height, ect..!
So, i'm a girl, i'm 12 years old, i'm 163cm, i'm44, 6kg (no jugement (i have anorexia))
2 day: It's really hurting! I think it's was the first option yesterday.
3 day: I'm feeling stronger!did it twice.
4 day: I feel so weak! I did like 4 pauses because I couldn't continue😥😥Did it twice.
Now I'm 44, 4kg
5 day: Better than yesterday.
6 day: I sweat a lot!
7 day: A week! I'm so proud of me!!
8 day:I had exams all the day so I was really tired.But I did it
9 day: I had cramps.. I only did 3 minutes..
10 day: Did it.
Now, I'm 44, 1
11 day: My abs hurt a lot! I couldn't finish
12 day: Did it.
13 day: Did it. Hurts a lot.
14 day: 🥳🥳🥳🥳TWO WEEKS🥳🥳🥳🥳
So, I'm still a girl, I'm 163cm and 43, 9 kg. I don't have the 6 pack but I have the 4 pack. I'll continue doing it.

i am very new to your channel and was curious. When you began this pilates journey, did you start off by doing it every day as part of your routine? Or did you take break days in between at all? I am wondering as I dont want to over do it as a beginner.
