Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

Day 1 - ✅ struggled a lot today
Day 2 - ✅ still a struggle in some parts
Day 3 - ✅ feeling some improvement
Day 4 - ✅ so much easier today, was able to do more with less struggle
Day 5 - ✅ same as yesterday, easier but still burns really bad w/ small struggle (did 2 today, one in the afternoon, and one in the evening)

I started June 18, 2024...
✅️Day 1 : discovering the workout, it was pretty fun !!
✅️Day 2 : i didn't knew i had this strength to continue until the end of 5 minutes... (i even done it twice)
✅️Day 3 : it was pretty fast !!
(3 days off because i had my period starting..)
✅️Day 4 : it was pretty fast this time. My abs are slowly taking shape despite the three days off

Break because of the exams...
I got sick so i didn't do it on Saturday...

✅️Day 5 : I did it so late...my abs are heating up!!

2 days off because i got sick... (i'm never going to finish it...)

✅️ Day 6 : my abs were burning at the end, but i can tell a little difference from the start

got back from the trip
day 2: ✅ honestly it was slightly hard but not bad.
day 3: ✅ was good!
day 4: ✅ is getting easy so im going to start doing this 2x a day

I don’t see much changes besides my stomach being much firmer p(abs are forming)but in all fareness I haven’t been adjusting my diet and I have i fact been eating more (junk food mostly)
Day6:✅
Following what I said yesterday I took a 💩 and suddenly my stomach is flat (I still have lower belly fat but I can see that changing

I might stop updating bcs I feel like no one is reading this
Day9:✅ feeling unmotivated as suddenly my stomach looks like the biggest thing ever
Day10:✅ one piece of advice is to do a longer workout(not more intense just longer) it burns more and will help you achieve results faster
Day11:✅ following my comment on day 10 as soon as I finish the 14 days I will put my results and start a new longer workout 🏋️‍♂️

I didn’t quit I just took a break bcs I was on my period(still am and prolly gained more weight)
Day12:✅ I always burn at the end of the workout but they have gotten easier which is why I will be doing her 8min deep core activation challenge after I finish this
Day13:✅ I always burn at the end, one day (like for the final day ) it motivates me
Day14:✅ overall my stomach is MUCH more toned but it still looks like I have a big belly when I sit down and my shoulders are in(bad posture) plus my belly fat went down a bit but it’s still there. When I lie down my stomach is flat and overall I would recommend this, pls like or reply bcs I actually did T

I've done this workout for about a month now and trust me it really works. My stomach has gotten so much flatter and I don't even bloat as much anymore. I suggest doing it at least 3 times a week along with some of her other workouts. ❤

DAY 1 ✅ : burns a bit, but it was okay.
DAY 2 ✅ : was harder because i’m achy from yesterday.
Day 3 ✅: workouts are getting easier but the burn is not!

I started it 15 days ago..seeing myself losing Weight is beyond happiness...but dont do workout just for the sake of others..Do It For Yourself..Its A kind Of taking care of yourself while no one else is there to care..Be for Yourself Do For Yourself..Fighting!!!

Day 1: ✅ very hard but I can already feel the muscles burning
Day 2: ✅ like yesterday was difficult, but I can already feel the abs improving
Day 3: ✅ nothing new
Day 4: ✅ the upper part of the belly is beginning to deflate
Day 5: ✅I can now meet all the times, the last 2 exercises are still devastating but I started to see some muscle
Day 6: ✅ today I did it after 1 hour of swimming: it burned but I didn't give up!
Day 7: ❌ sorry guys but I'm beat from swimming training
Day 8: ✅done and I made up for yesterday with the video "Addominali estivi per ragazze calde in 10 giorni "
Day 9: ✅belly has deflated and I'm starting to see the 2 lines of ab definition
Day 10: ✅ I notice that something is changing. Obviously I don't see 6 abs in relief but the belly is slowly sculpting
Day 11: ✅MUCH better. I don't struggle too much anymore.
Day 12: ✅ done! But I got my period and my belly was swollen. I will keep working out until my period is over and tell you the final result.
Day 13: ❌sorry but i have too many cramps
Day 14: ❌the same as yesterday
+ Day 15: ✅ Finally, it's time to go again!
+ Day 16: ✅It's been difficult, I'm still tired
+ Day 17: ✅better than yesterday, I'm starting to get back into my usual rhythm
+ Day 18: ✅I don't give up! I'm at the end now!!!
+ Day 19: ❌I was on a filed trip in 38°C
+ Day 20: ✅FINISHED! Then considerations... This training is extremely useful. Obviously I don't have her sculpted belly but I notice changes: the belly has deflated and I see hints of lines. I recommend it to everyone also because it gives you more energy even on the hottest days. Thank you all for supporting me and don't give up! Come on girlsss!!!❤

Guys!! My stomach is flat now! The result is wonderful! If you want flat stomach just do it for 14 days but then you have to exercise so you don't gain weight again. I do these exercises at least twice a week nd I can already see my abdominal muscles. Thanks for reminding me ;)

Day 1:✅Awesome!! I have a strong core so I did everything 3 times. I’m extremely motivated and know I can do this.

Day 2:✅ no results yet, feeling good though.
