Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

doing this every day for a week!

day 1- burns like anything but not too difficult, had to pause in the middle as my abs were aching😂

day 2- still burns like crazy, feels like my abs are knotting, had to take a little break 5 mins in

day 3- icl this is getting easier, didn’t have to take a break this time, i’m beginning to see minor results too

day 4- i absolutely ate this up icl

day 5- this is definitely getting easier

day 6- seeing results, this is so easy now

day 7- devoured

all your workouts are amazing!! you should make a fat burn and slimmer waist workout (10 minutes) as it’s easier than doing them separately!

She’s by far my favorite fitness youtuber! As a teen girl who’s trying to loose weight for summer, these are the only workouts that work for me! Not too challenging but I can still feel the burn!

Doing this for 4 weeks (or trying) I do this along with 4 other small workouts I do to be like 45 minutes working out a day.
Day one: 🙂 not gonna lie it was super tough I feel so unfit, but that's why I'm doing this. Couldn't complete all exercises but will try tomorrow. 🔥This burned my abs gonna feel it. Next reviews will be shorter
Day 2: that was super tough still, couldn't complete the last two and had to make a few modifications, but I will get it.
Day 3 my half workout break day
Day four: super tough, gonna feel that tomorrow. But I did all of them!! Some modifications still made but I'm happy.
Day 5: did the whole workout no modifications today!!! I burned really bad and I still feel like I was doing it lazily, but going strong.
Day 6: I did it!! The end part always hard and I need to push myself up sometimes but I'm getting there.
Day 7: really didn't wanna do it today, but I did and I'm so proud of myself I think by the end of these 4 weeks I'll have the end down easy 🙂 (still burns but that means it's working!)
2 Week midpoint: I've been going at it everyday I'm still feeling the burn a lot 😅😅. The last two I'm still struggling on but I will have it down by week 4. Seeing a difference I'm excited.😊
Week 4: I did I'm so proud I have seen changes not a whole bunch, but I think I'm gonna try another one of her videos for 4 weeks!!! Do this it works and will make you feel better.

I really like how this goes for 30 seconds each exercise and it still makes me feel the burn. Will update if i see results and say the day i see them. Im aiming to do this three times a day since its only 5 minutes also adding cardio into it like a walk or jog.

Doing this for 2 weeks. Please like this comment, so I remember.

1. day ✅: My abs were dying but it felt really effective
2. day ✅: Died once again and obviously can’t see any results yet, but hanging in there 💪🏻
3. day ✅: I feel like it’s getting easier, but still feels effective. Can see slight improvements and results, but only on an empty stomach.
4. day ✅: no further results sadly. Workout is getting a lil easier though.
5. day✅: same as day 4
6. day✅: actually seeing little new results, this vertical line on my stomach is more visible now. Workout is pretty easy now, I especially noticed that on the last exercise, because I had some trouble with it but know it’s pretty chill
7. day✅: Yay, one week through!! I can see that my stomach is getting flatter actually. One more week to go.
8. day: sick
9. day: sick
10. day: sick
11. day: sick
12. day: sick
13. day✅: I finally recovered from this cold and was able to workout again. I thought it would be healthier to just take that break, even though I would’ve been able to keep going. This workout is getting pretty easy and I am seeing great results. I lost a little weight and my abs are pretty visible now.
14. day✅:Pretty much the same as the previous day.
15. day✅: I love this workout. I’m seeing great results and the exercises are very effective.
16. day✅: Workout was weirdly hard today. I also had a little bit of a headache, so today didn’t feel so good. Results are still hitting though, so my ambitious is still high.
17. day✅: Today was better and not as hard. Results are great.
18. day: Forgot.
19. day: too tired 💁‍♂️
20. day: Migraine
21. day✅: Finally motivated myself to do this workout again. It was just a little bit harder than usually. The results are not too flabbergasting but what can you expect from a 5 minute workout 🤓.
