YALL I CANT RECOMENDED THIS ENOUGH!! I’ve been doing 30 minute workout everyday for months and they never worked. Recently I didn’t have enough time so I switched to this and in ONE WEEK I SAW A DEFINED AB LINE

im 13 and honestly pretty fit. its just that i want more challenge and definition, I want to turn my flat stomach into something more. School starts back up in about 7 days since im on winter break. I think i'll do this everyday until then and continue. Thank you for this!!!

doing this for as long as I remember! please like my comment to remind me to leave updates :)

Day 1: I had to take multiple short breaks. I kept on sliding off my mat during the leg lifts.. 😅 the burn was INTENSE though!

Day 2: my core is still sore from yesterday’s workout so i’m going to stop until it heals

Day 3: core is less sore, completed the workout with a lengthy break around the 3-minute mark. one word: OUCH (in a good way)!

Day 4: skipped :(

Day 5: i did 3 back-to-back ab workouts including this, my last one. i didnt feel any burn for some reason but i was SUPER exhausted, which could’ve replaced the burn somehow haha. i took two short breaks (~10 seconds) in total. my abs are more defined than they ever were! hopefully i remember to do this, haha!

Day 6: done along w a few other ab workouts! my core isnt sore at all. :)

Day 7: done

Day 8: skipped

Day 9: done without any breaks :)
