Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

Hey Lilly, your exercises are amazing, thanks to them I have gained a muscular body. I honestly admit that I am 13 years old and I try to exercise every morning and evening, and I also go running every day. For now, these are short distances, but I will lengthen them. Doing this workout as a 5'10 teenage girl who weighs 65kg and plays volleyball twice a week and does not follow a diet.

Absolutely LOVE this class from you Lilly. Its a go-to favourite. Whatever type of training i do, and whatever body part i am working that day, i always love to finish up with core class! This is super short but packed with a PUNCH. Such fiyahhh class! Definitely would loooove more classes like this!
