Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

I really like how these exercises train the oblique muscles as well, I see so many videos completely neglecting them or even “warning” about training your oblique muscles bc they’re claiming that it gives you a wide waist lol when it’s actually so important not to neglect muscles while training other muscles

Day 1- Done!! This workout is really good! I feel a little bit of burning, but other than that, I’m okay! (I’m going to do another one of her workouts! I
might also go on a walk today! I also drink Chia seeds, so I’ll let y’all know if my stomach goes down, for day 7!)

Day 2- Done!! This workout is still a bit hard, but it’s still good!! For some reason, it makes me want to poop😂

Day 3!- Done!! It felt normal to me, barley any pain!! My hips hurts but other than that, I’m okay!


SRRY, I GAVE MY COUSIN MY IPAD FOR A BIT.... I’M GOING TO START OVER BC WHY NOT?


Day 1: Felt good, the burn was nice aswell!!!
Day 2: Nothing much changed!
Day 3: Same as Day 2, I am seeing a bit of curvy hips!

Just completed 67th day of belly workout excluding six days of rest ! Definitely my belly is toned but I must increase the workout time back to thirty minutes in morning !

Hey lily just started doing plates earlier used to do hit workout of urs but I'm loving ur plates workout. Pls make more workouts for lower stubborn fat and thigh fats. Love u 💓

Overall I really liked the workout BUT I did not like the cutaway to the self-promo during the 6th exercise. I find it disruptive to the flow of the workout, but I could also see that you were giving instructions for the workout that we can't hear-- which goes against the whole "I'm going to focus on your form" bit at the beginning
