This is a meditation session that will help you start off your day feeling positive and uplifted, and to have a sense of calm and contentedness all throughout your entire day. You will be able to better connect with yourself, and your surroundings, and be able to deal with any situation that comes your way. Calm, aware, and present.

I recommend listening on headphones, first thing when you wake up in the morning. I hope this guided session helps you to reduce anxiety, have more energy, and just be happy and healthy!

Remember that feeling you'd get when your whole life was ahead of you? As you listen to this hold that feeling. Then know that you are still young no matter how old you are and that your inner being will always be young as it continues on, into life after life. Knowing this will aid you to manifest on as this life's inevitable challenges and sorrows try and beak your spirit. All is well. Be well. All conditions are temporary. Nothing matters.

I couldn’t do all of it without crying, but I’m proud of myself. Shits been really hard lately but this will hopefully be a step in the right direction. at least I’m trying now.

This is sublime!! How can "thank you" ever be enough? I'm the world's worst sleeper. Panic attacks and anxiety grip me throughout the night . . worrying about my daughter who has cancer, and seemingly taking on all the tragedies, sadness and anguish of the world! I awoke at 3.45am not knowing what to do with myself so I came here, listened to this beautiful session where I found myself in almost a surreal place. The first birdsong of the morning was gathering momentum and the cows and sheep in the fields were waking to their chorus. Not wanting to disturb my son and daughter, I crept out into the living room where my kitty cat was restless, caged with a broken leg, and meowing. I lifted him carefully and placed him beside me and we listened together, and he settled and slept and I was at peace. It was a truly beautiful moment and even now, at 10.15am, I am calm, at peace, refreshed and present . . . in this moment and embracing it and it is wonderful! . . . and it is a glorious day!! You are a gift! Love and Peace. ❤

I started crying so easily, but it felt so good like I need to get it off my soul, it felt like you are my good friend who knows what I’m going through ✨

❤ at the end, i was seeing myself flying in te clouds towards the sun. Sitting on green and soft moss of beautiful mountain tops in Hawaii. Wow!
