Your guided meditations are so helpful (and I've tried a LOT of other channels on YouTube.) I have anxiety, depression, PMDD, fibromyalgia, and tend to get mad at myself for not doing everything perfectly, so when other people's guided meditations say stuff like "exhale into your right arm and notice how relaxed and at peace it feels now 😌" I'm too anxious so I don't feel relaxed and get mad at myself for not feeling a wave of relaxation when they say to notice it. 😬 So it calms my mind every time you say how it's normal for the mind to wander. I didn't know I also needed the "you might even forget you were trying to meditate" line until this video. You're so neutral and supportive in all your videos. I've struggled with meditating for years and yours are the ones I can always follow along with without beating myself up for not doing something right. The silence in between you talking helps too. I cannot thank you enough. ❤️

More is less I like the quiet portions. In your meditation settings. Other channels always have music that relaxes at the start but disturbs as time goes on.

Appreciate this guided meditation, it's simple and efficient. A lot of the ones I've come across on YouTube tend to have distracting music in the background.

Thank you for making this mindful meditation. I've searched through so many meditations on YT and all of them talk the whole way through or have jarring music playing along with it. So wonderful to have found a meditation where I can actually feel the connection with myself and not just hear someone talking the whole time.

I come back to this meditation once or twice every day. I like it a lot because it is simple, without music, and it leaves you moments of actually meditating and brings you back just as you start wandering.

I have been doing these mindfulness meditations, i started week 1 with 5 minutes! Week 2 - 10 minutes! Now week 3 - 20 minutes! Today as i was doing the 20 minutes (during meditation session) i realised i started to challenge the unrealistic expectations i had for myself! It felt like i was breaking free from the unrealistic expectations of who i am supposed to be! It is like i am breaking free from the perfectionist tendencies! Anyone else realised this?😁
