Thank you for choosing me as your guide for your practice today. This is a 20 minute Mindfulness Meditation for developing the skill or listing within. What is your body telling you? What is your heart telling you?

In today’s busy, often high stress, world, it can be difficult to hear the signals from within. When the noise of the outside world is too loud, it can drown out the messages from our own heart. By taking this time for yourself today, you can begin to listen inward so you can be more present and responsive when listening outward. You can live in alignment with what matters most to you.

Meditation is a process of lightening up manifestation.guide of trusting the basic goodness of what we have and who we are, and of realizing that any wisdom that exists, exists in what we already have. We can lead our life so as to become more awake to who we are and what we’re doing rather than trying to improve or change or get rid of who we are or what we’re doing. The key is to wake up, to become more alert, more inquisitive and curious about ourselves.

Sara....I've been listen to tour videos over and over again for the past 5 months...I just wanted to take the time and tell you how grateful I am to have found your meditations. These tapes are astounding. They work from day#1. I play 3 items for AM and 3 different items for PM. Each session is over an hour. In AM I always open my eyes between 4-7AM and start it on my cell with earphones. I rarely hear more than a few minutes and then wake a few hours later.
Same in PM. After my goodnight kiss on go the earbuds and I’m out in minutes.
I can see the difference in myself, I can feel the difference and I and my wife embrace the improvements.
I’ve been doing hypnosis tapes for 19 years. I feel like I can achieve anything this way. Of course I haven’t listened to Lift the car by the bumper with one hand while changing the tire with the other!
But I don’t hear any commercials. Now it’s true I usually don’t hear 90% of the tape most of the time. That may have been rectified since the older reviews. Sara is GREAT and has a great voice and delivery. Invaluable!

I have been battling depression and have felt hopeless in my situation for awhile. I had given up on trying anything new as I thought I had tried it all. Not sure how I even came across this video. I decided to see if it would at least help me fall asleep. Well, I have used it twice a day for the last eight days. My emotions have been reigned in. I have this space between thought and action I cannot explain. I could cry because I feel a glimmer of hope that I didn't have but I can't cry because my emotions are finally in check. I have a long way to go but I at least have some hope now. Thank you for this. I can't say it enough. It has made a wonderful difference in my life.
