10 minutes have never felt so long before! Especially when a dumbbell is in your hands! Use this workout to give your total body a great workout, or if you're already in great shape, just use this workout as a great warm-up routine.

If you don't have a weight at home for this full body workout, just use a jug of water, or even a backpack to get the job done. As long as you have some sort of weight, you can get to the GAINS! If your gym is closed, use this home workout video to work your chest, shoulder, legs, back, bicep, and triceps as well. Do as many rounds as you want. You know what time it is! #gymoclock

I have lost 40 pounds through cleaning up my eating and by working out to videos like this, from people like him. I’m still not strong even 8 months in- I do 2 sets of this video with a 7lb dumbbell (and other stuff) but the gains I’ve been seeing both physical and mental are huge. Thanks man

Man I want to truly thank you for your inspiring videos. I decided to try this 10 minutes workout with a 25 lb dumbbell. I'm 49 years old and I'm just trying to get into shape. At first I thought I wasn't going to be able to do it. But I just changed my mindset and believed I could do it. And what do you know I did it oh, and when I finished I was proud and wanted to do it again. Because I get short of breath really quickly. But I'm learning the more I exercise the better I breathe. So thank you once again.

So simple and effective. I did this 10 minutes workout with a 15lb dumbbell. I really feel it. Most trainers don’t see using small and simple things to get the job done. Thanks bro for thinking “out of the box”.

I do all 4 or 5 of your workouts in sequence at 6 to keep in shape, keep doing what you been doing.
