Heard you share this routine on Ben Greenfield years ago and it’s fantastic. Cycled out of doing it (meaning I forgot) and bringing it back now after some wicked quad cramps that literally pulled my left hip out of alignment. This mixed up with quad rolling and couch hip flexor stretch are liquid gold.
