This 20 minute gentle and easy yoga class is the second class of the Earth Element Series which focuses on the element of Earth! This gentle and slow paced class for all levels will allow you to take the opportunity to connect deeper to your physical body and everything around you. An easy yoga practice that focuses on mainly ground postures will not only help you release tension, stress, and anxiety but this easy yoga class will also allow you to let go of tension out of your lower body, shoulders, and back.

During this gentle grounded yoga class for all levels, allow your mind and body to connect deeper inward, letting go of any worries or stressful thoughts and truly giving your mind and body the gift of mindful movement, deeper connection to Mother Earth, and personal healing. Just finished this practice, it was amazingly releasing. Started to cry while bowing down with my hands on my heart… couldn’t explain myself why, but apparently stored emotions just found their way out after this great practice. Thank you❤

This practice (and the videography) is absolutely breathtaking! I don't usually comment that often but I just wanted to say that my journey into yoga began a little over a year ago and it is entirely because of your videos. I do at least two of them each day and I have never felt better. Thank you! <3

This is my favorite class to come back to again and again. As a nurse and shift worker this class helps sooth my upper and lower back after a long day and grounds me back to my calm state of being. Would love to see another class like this with the added benefit of some hip opening postures. We nurses need all of the above!

I like what i am doing now during this holiday. Morning yoga, evening gym workout, watching my favourite tv programmes and buying my own food. Already happy and feel peace. It's only when others interfere in my way of life and trying to impose their values into me, my inner peace is disturbed. Last time, Yes i felt lonely but not now. I have learnt to live alone. When i realised nobody who is nearing me is adding to my peace except Akshara, i felt it is better to live alone.

This practice couldn’t have been better suited for today. I am up from San Diego staying at my moms home in Portland Oregon caring for her. She is preparing to go to heaven. I’ve been fortunate enough to be able to care for her without any thing in the way. This is the kind of gratitude practice is what I needed to have this morning. Thank you boho beautiful
