This is a 15 minute beginner friendly yoga you can do anytime and any day for deep relaxation and stress relief. This class is created with evenings in mind but can be done anytime of the day to help calm the body and mind.

I needed this session, to help, I felt I had/have some deep stress. As I’m relaxing into the poses the tears just came out [of nowhere]. I lost my sweet 5 year old Frenchie almost 3 months ago & I’m still healing. Thank you 🙏

I am not typically someone who comments on videos but i feel as if i must. I am an Army wife and i have been incorporating journaling and yoga into my evening routine as i prepare for another move. I wont lie i was stressed when i first watched one of your videos. I cried when you told us to give ourselves thanks for showing up because i realized I hadn't been doing much for myself while my husband is away. Would you considder making more videos for evening yoga possibly? I really appreciate your videos so thank you for every one you create.

I just had major Jaw surgery today.

As I was doing this I was wondering if this was enough, I'm always thinking "am I doing enough" and I had a stressful day with tedious work. When you said be proud of yourself I started tearing up without even realizing it. I feel so much calmer and happier after doing two of your yoga routines this night thank you ❤️❤️
