Thank you for this Bird! Just what I've needed after an emotion filled day. When you said the pose with the block is prone to cause tears I sure did cry. Glad to have done this before my sleep to start my birthday well :). The brown set looks divine on you :)

Hello Bird how are you doing? I really wanted to thank you for you gentle yoga movements. I have been dealing with a back injury that has been taken me a while to heal. I believe in Christ our Lord to heal me. I do plan on working out with you more. I often have stiffness in my spine. I messed up my L4 and L5. Everyday is a struggle. First I was told that I have sactica herniated bulge disk. Then neurologist has mentioned I have fybromyalgia. Honestly, I have done everything that I can think of of healing. I know that one day I will be. So I keep working through the pain trying see and listening to my body to find the right gentle yoga steps. I think and feel that I enjoy working out with you. Thank you so much for making these videos. ❤❤❤

Thank you for this beautiful practice! It was somehow intensely restorative, and though I've been in pain for a while I had no idea how much emotion I've had stored in my hips!! My body couldn't fathom a backbend with the block on its medium setting, but it felt really nice on the lowest setting. ✨🙏🏼✨
